Having never grown spring wheat til now I was wondering what people do with regard to fungicide products and timings.
I have got a small area of Mulika not drilled until late April but what diseases am I likely to see. Also how many fungicides do people use and at what timings? I am obviously used to winter wheat and the T0 to T3 timings but which are most important with sp wheat?

T1 and T2 (lower rates/spend than a winter variety).

Add in a mildewicide at either timing if mildew present.

Inspite of high resistance score I have seen yellow rust forming in Mulika this year.

Don't forget to look for Gout fly eggs (might be a problem this year).
