Fusion 2 questions.

Can you use Baletite in a 2012 fusion 2 without a modification? We would definatly like to try baletite if possible as we do haylage for a livery. We have just bought this machine second hand privately only done 22,000 bales getting a first service what should we make sure we look at and check. In general appearance it is a very tidy machine not done many bales a year and on the monitor only hay and straw.

No. Don't even think you can do a modification to add it. How do you know from the monitor it's only donehay and straw?

Thats what it says on the monitor only 2 settings used hay and straw . it certainly hasn't done a lot of work.

Is hay/straw on the screen with the picture of the baler? Not had a 2 since 2013 but pretty sure that's just what it's set to do at the minute wrap table just acts as a accumulator. Don't remember it telling you what amounts of different stuff it's baled my 3's certainly dont

Start PTO drive up row stop when buzzer goes for net when's it's kicked it onto wrapper set off again if your in reasonable fields you can drop bale off wrapper when you stop for next one to net that's about it

Hope it is that simple but I doubt it.

They could be retrofitted if your keen. The film system was developed on a F2.

No it’s certainly not that simple. Putting baletite on your bale means several thousand euros of extra equipment on your Baler if it was not built with it.

It really is that simple to operate the fusion he has. Never said fitting it up to apply baletite was easy infact I would say it would be uneconomical better looking for one already set up. But they're not as easy to operate alot more unforgiving about when to stop to to put baletite on but you do learn fast

Sorry Fendt516 I thought u were telling him he could apply baletite same as net on a Baler that probably is net only! Yes a Fusion3 plus woukd be the easiest way to go for him I think.
