Fusion playing up tonight
Bales and nets the bale but door wont open and net error comes up despite it having netted the bale correctly.
Having to open door and wrap the bale manually.
Any ideas?
Tia.

One I drive occasionally did the same, was just a sensor that had worked loose. Unfortunately I didn't fix it so not sure where it is but I'd suspect the sensor detects when the knife on the netter trips.

Are the sensors lights lite up? Door &netwrap ones(Little LED light within sensor? May need to wave some metal over the end of sensor to make it light up) If not it's probably just a dead sensor as have had it happen before and it's an easy fix. Sensors can be swapped with chopping blades position sensor but measure lenghts set at and write down or take photo next to tape measure before removing else sensor can be broken or damaged or just won't work if set incorrectly

Same happened on my Fusion 3 plus in the first week Baleing. The sensor had worked loose from its mounting location because of corrosion around the sensor housing. The sensor worked fine but was to far away from the metal it was supposed to detect. Visually i did not know there was an issue with the sensor until I touched it and the problem became obvious. Temporarily cable tied it in place and problem solved. It’s on the RHS of the Baler, looking at it from the rear, up at the front near the valve chest. I thought the quality of the sensor housing was surprisingly poor for a machine that works in difficult conditions.

The big main cable to the control box, check the connector for the sensor too. It definitely sounds like sensor issues.

Found the problem turns out it was the main cable connector collar threads stripped and it wasnt just pushed in straight
Thanks for everybody's help. A cheap fix
