Galvanized roller door rusting

Got a galvanized roller door here and it's starting to rust where it rubs together as it's rolling up.what would be the best way to prolong the life of the door.anyone used a rust convertor and a cold galvanizing product like zinga or a good quality paint?

Grain bin paint

We have just cleaned off & painted our galv corrogated corn bin. Very good condition except the bottom 3 inches which is starting to show a bit of rust. We thought there would be a better way of treating this strip than sloshing on some of Rickerby`s finest green paint Any thoughts ?
