Have to put down a new bareroot hedge around the perimeter of my garden. Sheep are at the other side of fence. Have sheep wire up, but will plant hedge back a few inches to reduce them nibbling. thinking griselenia, Any one know if it's safe for sheep ?

Sheep love it! Have not seen any problem with mine. I give them my trimmings. They will distroy a headge if you let them!

I've the strong high tensile type wire with the small holes, so hoping they wont be able to get the heads in too much. Expect them to nibble it from the field side, but hope they wont reach the leaves on the garden side. Hoping the griselinia will be fast at recovering from them as seen it grow like wildfire elsewhere.

My day job is working for a instant headge growing company. We grow about 2 km of griselinia each year. It grows well
