Chuck it back.
Watch out or they'll be putting a soddin' gate in so they can walk their dog in your field next:facepalm::mad:

Had a complaint from a similar miscreant last year - one of our lambs was in their garden. When I went to look, it was hardly surprising - the lawn clipping pile was so big, it had walked up it like a ramp and hopped over:mad::mad:

Some of 'em are complete @rseholes:banghead:

I had exactly the same last summer, for the same reason. I went to have a civilised discussion with them, which went well and they seemed a nice couple. Because of the manner of their response I offered to move their ‘compost heap’ from the field side with my Merlo, replace a few of (their) rotted posts and patch a new stretch of wire in where it had been rotted out by the rubbish. I’d do the work so long as they paid for the materials, which came out of my store. I’m nice like that sometimes.:angelic:
No worries I thought, all done and everyone happy, stock fence reinstated, etc. A week later they’d started a new heap of lawn clippings against the new posts.:banghead:

Another, when asked why they had decided to muller the low trees behind their house (on my side of the ditch) and pile the brash up in my field, responded with ‘well where did you expect us to put it?’. Luckily I was in a good/reasonable mood that day too, so I put it on my fire across the field. On a different day it might have been reached back over their garden fence and deposited in a big heap.:banghead:

I dug out a ditch on edge of gardens a few years back.behind one house the ditch was full of everything.i scooped it out and extended boom and tipped it back in to garden over the fence.owner came out ranting wanting to know who my boss was.told name and number on cab.got a call couple mins later and told him what I thought of him dumping crap in neighbors ditch.customer never had any more problems
Nick...

Used to have that back home, behind a housing estate. We had a (council) ditch between the garden fences and our arable field, which we had in stubble turnips for grazing. Each winter, just prior to putting electric fences up for grazing, I used to walk down the ditch line hurling all their crap back into the middle of their lawns. I used to get some filthy looks, but they’d all learnt a long time ago not to come out for a ‘discussion’. Didn’t stop them doing it all again before the next year though.

It's not too hard to see why stuff like this happens......

I have a 55 acre field that has about 10 houses on it's boundary and some are exactly the same, I spoke with one chap two weeks ago about it, said he'd move it but I fear it will be a Manitou+bucket and just tip it all back over. One other just chucks all the stones over the wall when he's not busy purposely spraying his neighbours trees with roundup. It all happens down this neck of the woods I tell you!!
What? In Cirencester??? Surely not??

Last year, I found that one of my neighbours had stripped their garden for re-landscaping and had dumped the whole lot over the fence into my field. I went round to object and was told, it was a group of Polish guys and we can't get hold of them. I asked who employed the Polish guys. They admitted they did. I told them I would report them to the police, council etc for fly tipping. They agreed to take the stuff back. So I used my muck grab to dump the whole lot back into the garden and billed the for my time. They paid up and I have not had any problems since.

I find it incredible that civilised people think it is ok to dump garden waste on another persons land. I have someone that piled up his garden rubbish at the edge of a field I rent and periodically burns it.
So far I have turned a blind eye in the interests of good neighbour relations. but earlier this year he stopped me and asked if I could move my alligator sheep race as he had friends round the next day and he said it looked unsightly. So next time he flytips in my field it will be going straight back over the fence.

Not just general public, I have a farming neighbour who's stuff slowly encroaches into one field, concrete blocks along with other junk along with all the water off their shed roofs as the just run the spoutings into our field meaning about 1 acre of a 5 acre field grows FA

There is a house just up the road from me (changed owners now) it was renovated a good few years ago and some trees planted along the boundary post and rail fence, the fence has been replaced a couple of times over the years and the trees are now about 4 foot in the "garden"
the time to complain about that is the week after contracts have been exchanged, of course you must have a recorded conversation where you gently point it out and ask that it is rectified at some point, preserve the recording with your life and only remember years later. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
MY NEIGHBOURS HAVE FOUND THAT a house with an ongoing dispute is not able to get a mortage
for some reason as 5 of them have found out i hear
