Gatekeeper web app

anyone else having problems loading it?
Can’t get mine to load up on any device. Says loading but stays on the site ID page and does nothing.

I had the same on Thursday. I normally log in on Crome so tried safari instead and was fine, still can’t log on in Crome

I had a similar problem earlier today. I shut the browser completely and then re-entered the web address again as it’s shown in gatekeeper where you exchange data on the devices area.

The address was slightly different to the one I had before.

Similar thread on FB sprayer driver group last week. Believe its an update issue. Some folks had rung Gatekeeper support and got it resolved though it sounds like @Hamishws has got the solution above! Must remember to sort mine out before I get going this week!

I’ll try that, having a technical meltdown at mo, sprayer computer has decided earlier it doesn’t want to talk to the hydraulics so I’ve a useless sprayer stuck out in the field at mo

It's defo an update issue, had to put a bit extra on the end of the Web address
Thought they'd fixed it now though.
