Gator drive belt

Hello, we have a jd Gator that has chewed up 2 belts in 5 days. We have had several Gators and never replaced a belt up till now.
Put a brand new one on Wednesday, it drove absolutely fine, no unusual noises or any thing and it’s done this one as well!!
It’s an 855xuv. Every thing looked ok when I put new belt on... Help!! TIA.

We had an old 4x2 gator that did this and it turned out the bronze bush in the slave centrifugal clutch was shagged. Tried to manufacture a new one but was unsuccessful so obtained one off the bay. I know yours is a decade or two younger though.
