Yes we use them and have for quite a while now , we pre spray them wipe the cow , normally 4 cows per cloth then they go in the washing machine ready for the next day . Bactoscans are mid teens and cell count below 100 at present .
So we have no complaints about them .

What prespray do you use?

We might have the wrong of end the stick but we thought you had to soak the cloths in disinfectant solution and then wipe teat.

Do you have a industrial specialists washing?

We just use masocare which is a pre and post spray . Yes they say you are meant to soak the cloths in disinfectant but we don't .
We just use the normal domestic washing machine in the house which we have on a repair plan , with the amount of extra work it gets domestic and general don't understand why it wears out so fast but don't charge extra so we carry on [emoji23]

Use miracle cloth from ponder home. Tea towel size and cut in two. Only maybe a pound for 2 and lasts an age. Got a normal washing machine in shed that I use to wash them also dry them using a blower fan from biomass boiler. Would never go back to paper as it takes twice as long and £30 a triple blue roll a month.

I think you just use them damp as they should have been disinfected during the washing process. Ordinary cloths will do the same and be cheaper, i'm thinking on using them here before too long.
To be fair I'm just going to be using cheaper ones from Amazon, would you use 1 per cow? My cows are spotless so I was hoping 1 per 5? 5 cloths a side?

I thought about udder cloths but by the time you wash them and dry them plus make sure they are sterile no bacteria in them esp if they were damp, it seems a safer bet using paper towel, I'm milking 400 twice a day , paper towel per cow , 200 cows outside and the rest indoors , anyone have any other suggestions , plus I bed on sand I think the washing machine would be breaking all the time lol

Paper towels soaked in pre dip and a little parectic acid
