Suppose we just have to be grateful we have that.
Why is it always necessary to complicate simple things so much?

WTF they cannot do a simple online form?? And I mean SIMPLE....

Just need to sit down and read them through... just what I don't want when I am dealing with RPA cockups on the BPS, and NE cockups on my CS paperwork
No need to fill it out it is a direct replacement for the General License for Carrion Crow

Fortunately it's not needed here in Wales, but I've just read through it and the good news is it removes the grounds for Wild Justice's action, i.e. the new licence ensures that the killing of carrion crows is carried out only as a last resort. I hope you have all got that... (y) No need for any action on your behalves, it follows on in the same way as its predecessor.

I took a squint at the older job and the move by Wild Justice was, from their perspective, entirely justified. Unfortunately the original was implicit rather than explicit in re' the emboldened matter, poor drafting which - I am sure - will not be repeated...

As it happens I rather like Chris Packham, most of the time, although he does have a tendency to gittishness now and then. I think that in this instance he has, inadvertently, ensured that the 'General Licence' will probably persist. :banghead: :ROFLMAO:

I agree, this is an improvement on the existing licence. It is not limiting and stands up to scrutiny.

I hope that the pigeon licence is equally sensible. The individual licence that you have to apply for asks that you outline the non lethal measures tried and NE determine if this was adequate. Timing is so crucial for crop protection. I hope that this burden and delay is only for the temporary licence.

Thankfully I haven't been impacted yet, I'm happy to help with pest control as a service to landowners we work with so it is only a matter of time.
