Genuine Samsung battery?

I need a proper battery for my Samsung xcover 3, did get one from amazon that was supposed to be genuine but it's useless

Can't seem to find a supplier that only sells genuine parts, and I don't want another fake!

Part number I think is EB-BG388BBE

Good luck. Suspect one I got on eBay is duff. Difficult to prove due to the complexity of the charging circuit control. Handy if you could borrow a known good one to prove.

I've just ordered that. You might expect it to be genuine with all the wording they use, but will wait and see and report back.

Some of the more well known brands also do replacement batteries for phones and other devices.

My phone is now ancient, on it's 4th battery but still works absolutely ace.
