get a still saw and cut a groove 20 mm deep in road then put some black sillica to hold wire down. job done|

That's more like it guys. tunnel, scaffold, mole, groove, poles or solar.
I have realised we have a lead water pipe going under the road. I'll lay the cable when I need to repair/replace it and do something temporary until then.
If it was easy I wouldn't have asked.

Just black poly with insulated line out electric wire within, staked both ends if quiet lane...job done in hour

Stihl saw a groove in the road, drop in some lead out cable then fill with whatever the masticky stuff they use to joint concrete expension joints.
