Kind of.......

The road which accesses our farm has a very sharp turn onto it from one direction, its a kind of Dog Leg back on itself, its too tight for artics and some of our kit.

We own the land on both sides of it and the wall, can we just move the wall back and concrete the bit? Wed have to remove the verge?

Can i retain ownership? Do i need a change of use?

The bit of field is to tight to get at with any machinery anyway really, the area is 200 square metres.

I rang the highways about this in spring and they messaged to say they couldnt come out until after covid?!

If we could turn in there we could direct most of our traffic away from the houses along the other end of our lane.

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
