Does anyone else find it impossible to open attachments from Gleadell?

I have never been able to open one.............probably because I have never had one

Are they the ones that tell you there is a World glut of grains,Soya and OSR and the fundamentals havent changed,weather is benign and crops look fantastic !!☺☺

Thanks, why would I only be seeing this when the attachment was sent as a PDF ( I'm easily confused)!

Gleadell are the only people who seem to send me attachments that I can't open. Another vote for Frontier and Openfield.

Email Gleadell and ask them not to send you attachments in rich text format. It is being sent from a Microsoft email account, with rich text enabled.

They probably will not realise this is happening.

Not heard it being a problem to date, so will investigate if something has changed, is it just from one particular person at Gleadell or any email?

Had details of deliveries and due payments today in PDF which I opened no problem. It seems the difficult ones come from Swaffham
