Has anyone dealt with this company? Good Company to deal with?

Potential digger purchase, just wanted to check them out before doing any veiwings/Purchases?

thanks

Yes, we bought a 5t Kubota from them 2 years ago. The digger is fine but I don't rate your chances if you have a problem. We had a half worn track and a nearly new one (which was used as a selling point), when we came adjust the tracks after a couple of weeks we found the new one was out of adjustment. On closer inspection it was a larger track than the worn one - and therefore unusable on our kx161.
We tried to get Gleneden to exchange it for one of the correct size and they flatly refused! Ended up buying a new pair of tracks. Great digger though and easy to get filters etc.
