Glyphosate in ibc

I looked at this a few years ago, but the cost savings weren't there vs a pallet of 20 litre cans, but that was when the stuff was under £2/litre! Back then, Clinic Ace was the only one in IBCs.

What about 200/205 litre drums?

We have done for a few years (not sure on price) handy not having piled of 20l drums to get rid of. I just use a pump that screw into the ibc lids with the lil screw out bit in the middle. Frontier i think are doing a closed transfer thing that works with the chem ibc but its prob expensive

All suppliers seem to be working with one company or another. I’ve heard the Hypro one is 🤑💰💰

I've a gravity system. Put them ontop of spray store container. Not much wisdom.

I’ve been buying glyphosate in 1000 l shuttles for at least 20 years or more

it is generally significantly cheaper per litre than buying in 20 l drums, but to be honest, it’s been a long time since I’ve done a price comparison

the big advantage is ease of handling & not having a pile of empty 20 l drums to dispose of

a number of Ag chemicals are available here in 1000 l shuttles

Their everywhere in Aberdeen as they use them to supply everything to the Oil and gas rigs
1000l shuttles ?

they are everywhere here as they use them to supply everything to the agricultural industry & farms

mini shipping containers ? yeah, they are quite common / east to get hold of as well. Make great secure storage in sheds, workshops etc

The one for the ibc just looks like a clamp abit of a pipe an a flow meter but im sure the pipe will need to be 1k a meter 😂😂

it can be as simple or as complicated as you want it to be.

from gravity systems, as easy as opening the tap to fill a measuring jug for only a few litres, to cheap basic hand operated rotary or drum pumps connected to the micromatic fitting on the top, to electric pumps with batch metering for larger operations or contractors
