Glyphosate - The Antibiotic

Should this be of concern

"As antimicrobials, these compounds may be expected to induce stasis rather than cell lysis or death, allowing the infection to be cleared by the host's immune system."

If our livestock eat grain with residues of Glyphosate what affect does this have on their normal gut flora.

Concern about over use of antibiotics is constantly in the news, are we drip feeding them, all be it unknowingly?

If his theory was right, surely several million dairy cows in the US would be dead, having eaten copious quantities of RR maize, alfalfa and wheat for their whole lives?

Does it stand as much scrutiny as that eminent scientist, and all round bast*rd, that claimed half the UK population would die of nvCJD from eating beef, in order to get his name in lights and secure more research funding?

Don't most things have an antibiotic effect in a lab? I might have a couple of cups of coffee in the morning, then another at lunchtime. Caffeine is an antibiotic too I believe, but we're not concerned about that.
