Can anyone give advise regarding big 6 roof sheets. Does it really matter if the small crown goes on top rather underneath.

There's not much difference between the two laps, it's not letting rain in but you might see a small damp patch in an odd place .

The sheet will not be sitting down on the purlin correctly and if nailed down tight in the next ridge could possibly crack the sheet

Isn't it large crown on top so the corners can be trimed to fit the last row

You cant just leave it at that, who cocked up?
As above, the small corry is sized to underlay the big one.
