I'm in a different country but if that's asking just over 7000/acre way things are now can't be bad? 10000/acre? Not matter land's away from most now anyway. Future looks like they'll be owners for a tax wrap and us farming land to suit both parties maybe just looks to be at the very start of that locally.

Glanbia and dairy partners are. In a lorry probably a little more

Glanbia and yes, subject to traffic at Port Talbot, Cardiff and Newport.

That's a steal for farmers already in high risk TB areas but not worth the move for those of us who are in low risk areas.

That said, for those looking to expand it's a bargain.
