I've completed mine. I repeatedly made the point that, while they're at it, it should bea criminal offence to enter private land to deposit waste.

I commented that trespass should not be criminality where it could occur accidentally but entering private land to deposit waste or set up camp is not accidental. Initially those travellers who engage in such behaviour would be disadvantaged but would quickly adapt to planning their future stops better to avoid committing crimes.
