Depends what you are looking to do and how much you want to spend.
If you are just looking to remove the rubbish out a simple aspirator could do the job (http://www.kongskilde.com/Agriculture/Grain/Cleaners/Cleaners/Aspirator pre cleaners KF)
If you need to get a good sample than a rotary dresser such as this (http://www.kongskilde.com/Agriculture/Grain/Cleaners/Cleaners/Combi cleaner KDC) will do the job
The other option is a reciprocating screen cleaner. There aren't many UK manufacturers now,if any, but second hand ones are fairly easy to come across, something like a Clark & Sutherland or Bryan Carrick aspirated dresser or similar with two or three screen decks would do a very good job if set up with the correct screens. Try serching for used grain dressers.
