Grain/seed cleaning options

What options are there for cleaning seed for our own use, we would be looking to clean 20 to 25 ton a year of wheat barley oats and beans.
We grow everything for a feed and although we aim to have clean crops sometimes end up with an odd wild oat or a bit of sterile brome in the sample which we don’t want to re-sow
Have been looking at these machines but the 10T machine looks a bit cheaply made and the 15T machine is a lot more money and 3 phase which we don’t have .
I remember a neighbour years ago running barley back through his combine again in the shed to thrash the barley horns off it, Would running the grain through the Combine again in the shed with a bit more wind likely get the brome and wild oats and bits of chaff off the sample or what other options is there to clean grain

We have an old Opico mobile drier but it doesn’t remove anything
We've always found a mobile drier a very effective way of cleaning seed.

Try running it through on a really windy day!

The light stuff will get blown away as it passes through top.

What are you trying to remove?

I've drilled undressed seed for past 3 years and never been near a cleaner. Just mobile drier.

Can bag it off drier too.

Our drier is like the one in the link and the grain doesn't drop a couple of foot like newer driers it justs bubbles up at the top of the auger so doesn't remove much

See what you mean now. Those would be handier to transport.

gravity works by sorting by weight so lighter walks down the deck and the heavy go up i know that sounds wrong but thats the way they work ,, they will not work as well with a poor sample ie straw chaf so should be used as part of a process with other machines like a cleaner etc ,, they are a seperator /grader not a cleaner ...yes they work on beans / peas but the deck is different to cereals so it starts to get expensive
