Grain Store Manager / Farm Worker

Grain Store Manager required to join a small, progressive team on an 820ha family run farm on the Beds/Herts border. The primary role is running and maintaining a modern, centrally located grain store containing; a 30t/hour continuous flow drier, three flat floor stores and a dresser and bin system. Responsibilities include loading crops into store, monitoring their condition whilst in store and all of the out loading. Tractor work and all other aspects of farm work will be required at peak periods. All machinery is run using RTK guidance, so experience of this would be an advantage. Excellent record keeping skills and a telehandler license are essential; PA1, PA2 and PA4 would be advantageous. The ability to work to high standards and for long hours when required is vital. A competitive remuneration package based on experience and performance is offered. Accommodation can be provided if required.
