Won't work on both my iPhone & iPad not just this vid some of the others too, may have to get the laptop out
Weird, it works on the iPad here, and my phone. Have you tried searching for it directly in the YouTube app?
I know UMG have blocked it "in some countries" but I think it should still be available on all platforms.

Here's all the mounts I used for the video. Mostly I used the home made mag mount, which uses neodymium magnets bonded to the GoPro 'display square' with epoxy putty (see bottom picture). I can just slap it on to a steel surface and it'll hold really well, and it also doubles as a base for the gopro if i'm doing a shot from the ground, for example.
For the reel shot, I used the handlebar mount, which clamped on to one of the bars of the reel (y)

That was absolutely superb! I didn't find it too choppy at all, that's the style of it.

I've made a few videos in my time and I know that editing all those cuts to exactly hit the beat must have taken you hours!

Thanks guys, really appreciate the comments! (y)
Brilliant! That must have taken an awful long time to edit. What software did you use?
I used Final Cut Pro X, lovely bit of software, makes it surprisingly quick to edit once you've got the hang of it!
How long did you have the camera mounted on the reel for? I would've been slightly worried I might not see the camera again! Cracking video, well done!
Only for a minute or so, and I also had a string tether attached so if the mount broke I wouldn't lose the camera.. Was still a bit nervewracking though!

Was going to ask about the mounts! Don't trust the go pro mounts, might have to make one like yourself! Do you use the suction pad mount at all?

Not too much, it's not the most versatile mount as it doesn't work on curved glass or anything dirty, and normally there's a steel post nearby so I can use the mag mount. Also the number of angles I can get is limited as the axis of rotation is the thread on the Gopro/tripod screw adapter which comes loose easily and is prone to vibration. I can get 180deg of rotation by packing the thread with O-rings but it's not ideal.. In hindsight it would've been better to buy a cheap suction mount off ebay, but I had the bits going spare so I thought I'd try improvising it first.

I've found that the mounts are generally pretty good, but in any high risk positions I always use a tether, which is just a piece of string I made up with loops at either end. They also don't tend to like the cold, they get brittle easily. I ended up smashing a few of the prongs while skiing earlier in the year, but it's not a terrible loss as 3rd party mounts are so cheap!

After reading this thread I went on eBay and bought a £10 magnet as I was impressed by it! Just thinking now that maybe a magnet wouldn't do the go pro much good though??

It should be fine, mine runs at less than a centimetre away from the magnets and nothing's gone wrong yet! (touch wood...) Any sensitive components in the camera will be EMI shielded to protect against these kind of things.
