Situation Vacant Grass Dryer Shift Leader

My client family-run farming business; growing and manufacturing horse feeds, pet food, herbs and compost.
They are looking for someone to join them as one of 3 Grass Dryer Shift Leaders. During the shift, their role will be to manage the grass dryer, for efficient and quality production, and supervise the other member of the shift. In season (April to September) the 12 hour shift pattern covers 7 days a week, including nights, and each shift will average 44 hours a week. Out of season, the role is weekdays only, 39 hours a week.

Experience of maintaining machinery is essential. Forklift truck certificate would be useful. Training on the grass dryer will be provided.
Own transport essential, due to location. Shared accommodation available, if required at£35.60 a week.
