Here for sale is my 3.2m Discordon.
It has five five pan busting legs with auto reset protection and has had very recent metal put on. It's in very good condition and would go straight to work.
I'm selling it for two reasons. One, I just don't think we have the window for min-till up this far north. Not to do it properly with stale seed beds anyways. And two, my new big tractor just isn't man enough to make best use of those pan busting legs.
If you have enough horses on the front, it makes a cracking job. The manual says you need a minimum of 180hp. I reckon 240 to get up hills at a decent pace.
Am looking for around £12k for it, but it is in very good fettle and it's not had much use.
