Rural land and property specialist GSC Grays has welcomed Anna Simpson and Annabel Swiers to its team.
Anna Simpson joins the GSC Grays team as head of environment and sustainability, bringing her expertise in environmental policies and farming to offer practical solutions for clients.
Annabel Swiers, a rural associate, has a wide range of experience in property management, landlord and tenant issues, agency, and planning, the property specialist said.
Managing director of GSC Grays, Guy Coggrave, said: “This is an exciting and challenging phase of expansion for GSC Grays.
“What drives us is our commitment to exceptional service, delivered by local staff who bring energy, drive, and expertise to the areas they live in.
“Anna and Annabel will help us achieve this, and we are thrilled to have them on board. We now have over 130 staff working from nine offices, covering an area from Nottingham to the Scottish Borders.”
