Anyone using them? Worth the spend for a better pre-em coverage?

Used them years ago, great coverage, but very inclined to block and difficult to clean, also wear rapidly.
I moved on to Albuz CVI twins, similar pattern, I find them easier clean, less inclined to block and last vastly longer.

I've used them on the past too, and won't be using them again due to blockages with 2 half sized nozzles.

I use angled caps with normal nozzles alternating forwards and backwards.

I've used Hypro twin caps for years, running two lilac 025s at 200L/ha, my only complaint is they are quite fragile, need a couple of spare caps in the tool box!

How does the angle of guardian in an angled cap work?
Do you have the front with angle up.
Back nozzle with angle up would be quite shallow angle to the horizontal.

They are fixed in the cap. If the body is vertically downward then you have the forward and back angle.

Are you thinking of a twin cap body you can use any nozzle type in?

I use them for everything but a couple of years ago moved up a size from 03 to 035 to prevent blockages. Have hardly had a blocked nozzle since. Need changing when they become streaky.

Use them for everything from rushes on hill ground to arable work

Got you. Sorry I was thinking of the old guardian airs with angled spray. Was just trying to work in my mind how an angled nozzle in an angled cap would work best.

Yes. Essential if you're using smaller ones. An 03 means 2x 015 outlets and 100# filters.

I can't remember, sorry. I think they were normal off the shelf ones I bought from either Spaldings or APM who I got the nozzles from.
