Gully pot reducing slab instead of corbelling brickwork inwards

Has anyone seen a gully reducing slab that you just put a 440x380 grate onto instead of stepping brickwork in from around a 450 gully.
I have seen the type that have a 450 round hole /horse shoe shape but there not reducing it.
Be stronger than brickwork but I can't find one ...
