Working out the levels etc of insulation in a new build....4m span block and beam floor, underfloor heating.... Thinking 50/55 mm of screed. Any advantage/ disadvantage going a bit thicker?

Nothing to be gained by going thicker minimum thickness for liquid is around 35mm although more weight on the celotex can make feel more solid. I prefer sharp sand screed for this reason.

Tiles, I've allowed 9mm for tiles and around 3 for the bed of adhesive. So 50 + 13 is 63. I was double checking levels last night. 190mm, 100 + 90 insulation would give 47 mm screed....180mm insulation 90 + 90 would give 57mm screed. So the later would give 70 overall. Might feel more solid?

You will need anti fracture matting under the tiles, so another 5 mm,and make sure your insulation is flat, if laying 2 layers do alternate directions and tape all the joints in the insulation .polythene on top of insulation aswell, clip underfloor thru polythene clips hold better, and hoover it all just before screed goes down,no floaty bits .
Gyvlon ? What is the drying time ? We can get something called beltex ftom cemex its dry to tile in around 8 days ,

Drying time of gyvlon is I think 1mm per day up to 40mm then 0.5 mm thereafter. Seems a long time really.... Hadn't considered at fracture matting is this to help with the expansion and retracting of the screen when it cools and warms up? Other option I thought of is a good wood laminate

Would it be feasible to board all ceilings and walls before The floor is insulated and under floor heating Is installed and screed laid as we will need use of a scissor lift or certainly scaffold towers and didn’t fancy those being used over the screed

That's a good point, wouldn't want a lot of pressure in one area especially if the screed isn't fully cured. Yes it could be a boarded out and even plasted...the windows and doors are the next things to get fitted in the next couple of week.

Putting 90mm with 100mm to give 55mm of screed...thought about two 90mm but felt 65mm liquid screed was a little much....what do you think?

I have a floor screed very soon and one guy who is who is giving me a price wants to do it with a sand and cement base screed it will be 70 5MM thick and he has quoted me a fair bit less for this than a liquid screed which would you choose the sand cement base one was roughly half the cost most of the building Floors will be tiled afterwards one room is 8.5 M by 5.2 and I would appreciate your thoughts

Liquid screed for me every time now.
Quicker and only marginally more expensive.
Better if using under floor heating as no air gaps around pipes.
Walk on it in 24hrs, level with a nice finish if cross tamped.
My last floor laid was 123sq.m @60mm cost £2100, sand and cement quote was only a couple hundred less. No brainer.
Like your conversion keep the photos coming.
