You’d have thought so. But when they fly they tend to go the wrong way.
Poxy bloody things. ??
It’s much easier to try to get them to run to where you need them.

Stops the beaters dogs catching them as they get through easier,1 plus for that way up is sheep dont get there heads stuck so easy

i wonder if they put the gatepost in upside down as well??
Reminds me of the time Paddy and Murphy built a 50 ft mill chimney.
Foreman came to check it, told them to take it down and dig the well like they were supposed to.
