Having seen some posts on facebook about this , set me thinking.
I believe most of UK chickens today are slaughtered in a Halal style.
Down the road from me is a very large estate, belonging to the ruler of Dubai. They have a very impressive shoot and regularly thousands of birds are slaughtered, I think that is fair comment.
These birds are not wasted but I understand are processed and many are sent to grace the tables in the middle east. Very good I say, it is shocking that sone estates are rumoured to bury the birds.
However, how can these birds be Halal?
