Halfords aircon gas

Can I use halfords air con gas (£39.99)to top up our jcb 536 loadall and check the pressure with the pressure gauge that comes with it

I've topped up my van with one of these before, was successful.

Be careful and follow the instructions to the letter.

Keep the gauge unit safe, it's reusable obviously and can be used to check pressures without a bottle attached

Most car garages seem to advertise £40 for an aircon refil - hardly seems worth risking a Halfords can at that price.
