Harry Metcalfe on sustainable livestock.

Harry Metcalfe, more commonly known for his involvement in the car world through founding Evo magazine in the 90s and then latterly through his car-based YouTube channel, is also a small scale part-time farmer.

He's made a nice little video on his Harry's Farm YouTube channel that did a pretty good job of defending and explaining the extensive beef production system.

He is dead right.Too much of what we get for our products is given away for chemical fertilizer and chemical sprays.
Easier to do with livestock than crops though.

You can use livestock to do much if those tasks for the crops.
