Ok, well the yield may be down due to no rain since August & frost damage in October ( our spring, this crop was planted July ), but it seems the quality is up there.
we get paid on high protein & high vitreous 👍

this is straight out of the paddock, harvested today

the DR1 grade is the highest quality durum classification

What is "snails maximum liv" ?

Maximum live snails in the sample.

not a problem up here in the northern ( hot ) grain growing areas, but snails can be a problem in the south - Victoria etc
What kind of yields have you achieved this year? How does it compare with long term averages? What's the best yield someone in your neck of the woods could hope to achieve in a good year?

Finished contract beans, just need to get redrilled with a 12t crop of first wheat to give us a chance of doing any good :( the beans, in their own right, probably won't cover costs :(
