Have I missed something more money for Scottish farmers

I have read about Scottish farmers been underpaid on their SFP but is this extra money Boris has said he is paying out in comments made on todays news.

Scottish Convergence cash. At last.

Evening, At last we Scottish producers may receive our convergence cash. I am sure it will be a welcome fillip when delivered to many of my fellow producers after tricky year to date. Fully expect £80k of back dated funds to arrive at some point here.
