Do you mean the Hedgerow and Boundary Grant ?? If yes, then yes I applied in March 2019 but it got rejected due to the stupid rule that YOU have to apply on line but with in 10 days send evidence to a office,{ Crewe I think] not via the on line application. Any how I sent the maps and photos to Crewe but 2 months later I was looking on line at my NE / SPS etc page and noticed it said my grant application was cancelled. When I phoned up to complain/find out why, it seems the evidence should have gone to Worksop not Crewe but I had an e mail from NE to say Crewe !!??
Anyhow in September , out of the blue I had a contract from NE for the grant for this winter.
Maybe you should check on line that your application was recieved and check status .
If it was some other grant then sorry I ve just wasted a minute of your time and can t help !!

Thanks, yes that's the one. I don't remember if I sent anything off or not but the last time I checked it said it was ongoing or something similar, it's a couple of weeks since I checked so I'll have to look again tomorrow.

I was going to fill in all the gaps this winter and plant a few trees out of my own pocket but thought i might as well wait and see if i can get paid to do it in this new green era we are about to enter
