Without wanting to open a can of worms, how much straw are you getting onto the seperation table? How are the wires in the concave? I'm unsure of the setup of a senator but on combines I've used, the tines under the beater behind the drum bend down with age, and instead of it accelerating the straw up onto the walkers it allows it to fall down onto the grain pan nd then onto the sieves..

Don’t remove the shroud , that is there to stop the drum throwing grain through the concave over the back of the walkers
