Help needed for research project into farm labour hiring.

Hi All,

I am a masters student at the RAU, I am interested in how technology can help short term labour shortages on UK farms and would hugely appreciate it if you could help me by completing a survey.

It's only a short 20 question multi choice google survey to help me shape the direction of my research and shouldn't take more than 5 mins. I have included an email field for those who are willing to help with this research in the future. Emails will only be kept for this project and not shared.

I imagine subbing out your best farm worker to do a odd day here or there on another farm will be the equivalent of letting some other guy have a crack on your wife

I’m hoping to understand how frequently this already happens as it gives an insight into the mobility and flexibility of the farm labour force.
