Help sealing bottom of a feed bin

As you can see in the picture I've the sealed the gap with some decent silicone stuff but after few weeks it's come away from the bin and rain water has got in again which blocks the auger. Any idea what I could seal it with?

I use . I think it s called p u tiger adhesive . For alsorts
Black sticky gue in a mastic tube I highly rate it
People use it to stick car windscreens in.
Don't get it on ur fingers .

Fibreglass works well, I patched this up earlier in the year and it's doing ok.

This was before I started but I didn't get any pics of the completed repair unfortunately.
