Any idea what the tool is called ?The wires are crimped or sometimes soldered into the pin witch is then inserted into the plug and locks in place.
if one has came adrift, you need a special tool to remove the old pin, then fit a new pin to the wire so that it can be inserted back into the plug.

It looks like a Mil spec plug but cant be sure as they normally are made of alloy and the pins are tiny, good pair of glasses needed when doing those bad boys!I'd recommend but a new plug. It'll come either a bag of crimp ends
It's corroded, it's off a fert spreader, managed to get sorted I think thanks to rs components, told me where to look for the part no. on it !You have burnt wire , you need to check everything for damage not just fit new connection
