I do find it interesting that we are never told who behind these attacks. Part of me thinks it’s more likey some spotty teen in their bedroom…. It’s useful for the government to have the public think it’s a foreign state as then they can justify defence spending (rightly in my eyes)

When you see the Russian war machine at work it doesn’t look like technology features too high. China on the other hand would have the capability seeing as just about every system here relies on Chinese components it would be really easy for them to mess with us I would imagine.

The Chinese make the Russians look like rank amateurs when it comes to cyberwarfare.

There’s absolutely no conspiracy about it, it’s being openly discussed.
In that case it will be very easy for them to limit your ability to obtain cash don't you think? How do you get paid at the moment?
They have facial recognition working there, if you’re caught speeding or other such misdemeanours your mug shot is broadcast for all to see on public screens, like going back to the stocks in the village square.
Not a bad idea. Put some pics up of all the robbing drug dealing little shites too.
To avoid it don't break the law.
Do you think there's no facial recognition in the UK?

They already are at that , i got into trouble for ploughing some land that was ancient monument, long story , came out for meeting and they had a A4 photo of me cultivating ariel photo ! Very clearly me.
There are roman camps near me but I'm sure they get ploughed up same as the rest of the park. What's the difference?
There was resistance to wind turbines due to them. Not sure if ghosts are bothered by turbines!

Oh aye absolutely fine, assuming of course that your chosen legal system is perfectly just and fair in its laws and administration.

Missed a council/road tax payment, electric bill, tv license, doing 22mph in a 20, to the stocks with you! Let the nation know! Maybe we could pay for digital tomatoes to throw at them 🍅

That'd backfire pretty sharpish. Every Ned/Chav/Scally scumbag teen would be doing their utmost to end up on those screens. They'd see it as a badge of honour.

I'm ok with current rules and think criminals should get shamed more, I can see how it could be misused though, you could say that about a lot of things though.

Back to money, if it's all a big plan how are you going to get your cash?
