Hoggs,teeth eruption

I know that during the last couple of years there have been calls to have this method of ageing Hoggs removed and have an actual date.June 1st has been suggested in the past.Has there been any changes or are we still going to have to use the crude method of teething as before ?

Latest from NSA email was no one in government was making a decision. I think that was either last week or this. So it ain't going to change this year!

Last thing I heard is that one of the big abattoirs had changed their mind and was opposing it now. No idea which one though, or why they had changed direction.

Why on earth would they want to check every mouth rather than just glance at the calendar once a day? To me that suggests one of their big customers isn't happy for it to change.
