GX200 is horizontal shaft , 200cc and 6.5hp in most ratings.. Check the crank type - it'll have a centrifugal clutch so probably a standard parallel shaft with keyway, but measure the diameter.

You could go for a genuine Honda replacement, or one of the many Chinese clones- some of which are actually nearly as good.

Be good to get a competitive supplier on F/marketplace for genuine Honda GX engines, GX120 through GX390 horizontal shaft would cover a lot of stuff on farm.

Kramp stock Honda air cooled units, not sure how competitive they are compared through other channels though @Clive mentioned a possible tie up with Kramp?

Otherwise these guys have GX200 in stock and look competively priced, 20mm straight shaft with keyway:

Is it a 20mm shaft or a 3/4" shaft?

Tap Honda GX160 into eBay.

Genuine Honda is about twice the price of a clone. If it’s only something you use the odd time, and is not running fully loaded for a long time, then the clone should be fine. Although they look the same, once you take them apart you can see why they are cheap. Had a gx340 clone on a pressure washer. It Stopped one day. Went to restart and could tell something was jamming it from turning over. Rocker cover off and could see it had dropped a valve. Turned out the collet had come off the inlet valve. The plate on the top of the spring had worn and allowed it to fall off. The retainer plate was just a bit of steel plate stamped out the shape. I ordered genuine Honda parts and they were twice the weight and probably drop forged as well. The clones are cheap for a reason, but it all depends on your application.

Honda GX160 would have to be THE most common engine on any small powered equipment here, pretty much the default engine
Not much help to you I know.
On eBay there are MANY Chinese knockoffs that are pretty good, the only problems are the plastics ( mainly choke lever, on / off switch ) don't stand up to the sun like the originals & the pull starts are not quite as robust

Nobody has stock nowadays.
Especially engines, as you say there is many different specs of the same engine, not really practical to stock them.
