Honda fourtrax 250 electrical problem

Can anyone shed any light on where else to look to fix below problem please?
Nothing happens when turn ignition key, no dash, no headlights no neutral light. Pull starts and dash will come on, give it some throttle and dash goes out. As long as given a little throttle 1st, electric shift gears work too. Changed ignition switch and only changed battery few months ago.

Dont know if possible to delete threads but all sorted, rechecked fuses and 1 had gone.
