Big like have you only got the one body?
Did you build it from scratch or was it an old hooklift?
Eh, not in quick fixes bodges and creations?
Was only pulling your leg.
Was only pulling your leg.
I meant it when I said it's damned impressive
You'll have to stick it on youtube, easiest waywhy thank you, i'm trying to upload a video but i can't get it from phone to pc, so tried to upload it from phone and its froze
I have two bodys a tipper and a flat, got the steel to make a third which is going to be a site cabin, one day
No from scratch, didn't really have anything to copy off either as I've never seen a hooklift car trailer, so i looked at a wagon one and made some cardboard templates to scale, and a google model, then the rest is made up as it went along.
the locking pins for the tipper to hooklift took ages to get right

Should probably have washed it first View attachment 201986 View attachment 201988
The body slides back to use for hooking on/rolling off, this makes the lift arm shorter so the bed isn't as steep View attachment 201990
Superb! You fancy making a few more for a TFF bulk buy?!
You'll have to stick it on youtube, easiest way
What dose it weight empty with tipping body on?
Facebook the video and then post the link here, that might work for you? Proper tidy, did you approach any of the trailer guys with the drawings? Very impressive bit of kit, would really be an addition to any trailer range from any of the big players. Where price wouldn't really be an issue.
When you say Google Model what do you mean, like Sketch Up?
