Horsch CO calibration

Hello All,
I have just bought a CO 4 drill, with Accord metering and electric drive. It has the old style drill manager box. It is over doing the seed rate by nearly exactly 1.5 on fine seed. I have the fine seed slide across, it has calibrated, I have done a seed check on the box, which is fine, I have done the distance check which is spot on. I had a feeling that it was set for a 6m drill, but I have checked the set up in the controller, and it is set to 4000mm width. Anyone had similar, or have any ideas? Tia

Hmmm, ok, so either we are both doing something wrong, or it is a common fault!
The low seed warning is turned off by pressing ‘any’ button, according to the manual, although it also says
that it will keep producing a warning at regular intervals
