Horsch co4 marker problem

Been out today first time with new to us co4 drill. Checked everything this morning and all was working correctly in the yard. Started drilling and only one marker would go out. Would not change over to put the other one out. Consulted the book which suggested replacing the change over valve so borrowed one the same off the maize drill and all was well. Drilled for half hour and same problem again so thinking may be something else causing it. The drill is simple accord setup so thought there's little else to go wrong. Anyone else experienced similar? Got fed up so going back with combi drill in the morning.

It would be worth speaking to Horsch. One of their lads at the midlands machinery show gave me some great tips on a sprinter drill and knew the product inside and out. There are a lot of CO drills being used without markers as the duet sowing coulters are quite forgiving on perfect driving.

Had this before, marker opened out but wouldn't fold again. Of course dealer suspected tractor first, tried other spools then another tractor, no difference!
Ours was the priority valve sticking, not sure if that's what you mean by change over valve, on the drawbar under the main air tube, where all the hydraulic hoses are teed into.
There is also a flow restrictor in EACH marker line, don't know where they are but there is one missing now after endlessly swapping hoses. Mechanic suspected a blockage in one and removed it, we now have one marker that rattles in and misses its holder unless screwed back on the tractor, yours might be blocked.

Had a problem with the hydraulic locking ram recently on jcb telehandler.after a while and pulling it apart there was a very small piece of rubber blocking the restrictor into the ram.one way it would hardly move and the other way there was no problem.may pay you to pull pipes apart and have a look
