One section of discs at the front wasn't going fully up , came to the conclusion that it was probably the ram. Took the ram to have it done but apparently there is a valve inside which they couldn't get so put a stopper inside instead. Tried it, didnt work at all so bought a new ram from horsch. Put it on nothing happens. Tried bleeding still nothing, any ideas? Cheers

The disk circuit isn’t as simple as just 6 rams. It’s a re phasing system. So the middle rams are fed first these then feed the next two and the the outer two. Done via displacement. Do they move at all now? Have you moved them all the way one way and then kept the scv pumping to bleed air? There is also a check valve in the circuit.

Are you familiar with how this works? If not you’ll end up in a muddle, get a hydraulic plan from your dealer or from Horsch to understand the system.

It's a 4m so only 4 rams, the 2 centre sections and 1 outside section still lift together but the other outside section does nothing and the discs just stay down.

When you slide the feed roller out does the rubber strip sit a little bit higher than the edge of the hole where the roller slides in. You can elongate the holes in the rubber to make it sit a bit higher, after a while it will bend away from the roller, then just turn it round.

Have you tried swoping rams to eliminate pipework, or blocking opposite ram pipes , try the ram off the drill on 2 pipes on a tractor , do you get pressure to the ram .

My pronto cultivation discs go up and down together but in work after a few acres one side works itself deeper than the rest. Any ideas? Resealed all 4 rams and changed the check valve in the system

Fed up with mine deeper one side so bought some smaller ram stops - only need on one ram per section - no need to look behind to set the depth after turning now. Just power down and away. The middle tyres were more worn so swapped them to the outsides etc - better now but a sh!t of a job !
