Means your motor is drawing too much current.
check that the metering unit is clean and free to rotate.
can also happen if you block it.

Same result in some ways. Blocked in some way that the metering unit won’t be able to unload the product on the airflow side of the metering system.

to be honest if the fan is working this is the least likely issue. More likely to be an issue with the motor it’s self/electrical supply to it.

If you block the coulters then there will be a build up of seed in the pipes out of the distribution head and much higher rate down the remaining pipes, if however you manage it block it enough to back it up to the metering unit you will be trying to grind the seed up rather than dropping it into the airflow hence the over amperage.
As before, take the metering unit cartridge out and check it’s not choked up or full of dust which can stick and cause extra resistance.
To @Jo28 what are you drilling, if beans or peas have you fitted the bean hit to allow more room in the metering system to cope with large seed?

Thanks everyone sorted now, massive cock up on my part forgot to shut the flap when calibrating. God knows what the field will look like. Now seem to have a faulty tank sensor. Not my week
